To me, digital strategy is more of an art than an exact science. Time and time again, I've seen that what works beautifully for one company is entirely incompatible with the next. My main focus is finding custom solutions for projects big or small using proven analytics, great design and human co-operation.
Through starting my own businesses and working closely with independent entrepreneurs, I picked up on the need to better understand the vast array of tools on the market allowing us to accomplish more with less resources. Starting with social media, email marketing and copywriting, I then moved on to graphic design, front-end web development, SEO, and Google Ads. Diving deeper into digital, it became clear that each element functions as part of a complex, interdependent ecosystem. Using the principles and methodologies of Lean Six Sigma I always seek to first understand a process before considering what we can do to improve it. A decade of working internationally for companies in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia has given me an acute understanding of how subtle distinctions in culture and habits can make all the difference in reception of your efforts when trying to reach a global audience. The digital landscape changes so frequently that the only enduring strategies can be those that incorporate flexibility and embrace change as a fundamental priority.
